Great Local Delivery Service

Love WeGo Delivers. They helped local restaurants a ton during 2020 (the year that shall not be named.) I love that they’re local; they truly care about the community and local businesses.

Not enough drivers

Love to support locally but just not enough drivers. Or ineffective routes. Feel like they picked up 10 people's orders from different places and then delivered them randomly. Took over an hour from pickup to delivery.

Great, Local Delivery Service - Highly Recommend!

Great service! Love that it’s a local company. They’ve been really helping the community through this rough time. They’re all about supporting local, which I love. Highly recommend!

Too expensive!

$5 for a service fee and $5 (sometimes more) for delivery. Too much!

Hello Srdasce, delivery fees vary depending on how far you are from a restaurant. Our standard delivery rate is $4.99 within 5 miles of the restaurant. Many other apps are limit the restaurant's delivery area to 3-5 miles. Please keep in mind that these fees are collected to cover the drivers and staff wages, rather than gouge the restaurant with high fees (as high as 30%!) to offset the driver fees.

Horrible.

This app is garbage. There’s no place to communicate with the driver, there’s no way to message the driver or communicate with any kind of customer service.

Our app and website both have a place to contact us for inquiries, changes to your order, etc. In the app this can be found on the Contact WeGo page. Not all delivery apps provide a way to contact the driver directly for security reasons. WeGo cares about their drivers and since they are on the road driving, its safer to contact our dispatch center to speak to us or use our chat feature online. This ensures our drivers are safely driving and not being distracted on the road.

Gross and unsafe

Staff doesn’t wear masks while delivering your food.

This is false information. WeGo is a certified COVID-19 compliance business and has the logs and certification to back it up. Posting false info like this to hurt a business, its dozens of drivers and 100+ restaurants it supports is nothing more than an act of malice.
