These illustrations are just wonderful and the simplicity of the app makes it accessible for most individuals to add, resize and flip the illustrations of flying stone-faced men in cheery blue suits, doofy ducks, and happy mustaches to a photo that anyone who would like to give it some extra weird vibes/laughs/personality to. This app developer also has a number of other rad photo-illustrators to check out that are equally odd and lovable!
