Had to delete it
I used this app for six years with no problems. All of a sudden it stopped working. It’s telling me that in order for it to work, I have to allow frost website tracking. I’m not doing that so I deleted the app.
Steals your money.
I’m pulling a flatbed spread axle and the app won’t give me spread axles weight. So if you want your spread axles weight, you have to go to the fuel island and pay full price again, because if you want a re-weigh it will give you regular axles again. There is nothing the people at the fuel island can do about it. Once the app gives you a regular axle or spread axle if it works, then it will give you that for re-weigh. Worst of all, I talked about this with Cat Scale personal about 6 months ago and they haven’t fixed it. It’s a super convenient tool if it works which it does when you don’t need spread axle weight. It saves you time when it works, but as of now, it’s not saving me time, rather it has stolen money from me. I guess they don’t have the incentive to fix it.

Fraud detection is primarily handled by the fleet card processor, though Weigh My Truck also applies an added layer of protection to help keep drivers secure. In some rare cases, this can result in legitimate transactions being flagged.

Pretty good app. Just wish they had an option for split axle trailers on the app.

Keep getting a failure message, try again later when trying to set up an account. I just deleted the app.

The app is very easy to use. The only thing that I would suggest is a option to opt out of receiving a hard copy of your weight ticket. You get a email copy and one on your phone.

Folks, as many times as I have had scale operators mis-weigh my truck due to a complete lack of understanding of how the scale works, is more than I want to count.
My biggest complaint? I can’t make the adjustments to vehicle configuration unless I’m at a scale site.
This? I hope you find the ability to fix. I look forward to being able to weigh my doubles without having to explain to the process to someone who’s only training is pressing the weigh button on a 3 axle set truck.

No confirmation
Dont start the process on the app before getting on the scale. There’s no confirmation you’re on the scale before it charges you. So if you start putting your info in, and try to proceed to the next confirmation page, it just charges you and if you weren’t on the scale, you wasted $15. This causes more delays on the scales because people have to process their info while on the scale, not before hand.
