Being charge again
I already paid to use the app, I go to open it and now it made me setup another profile, then proceeded to charge me. This app seems like a ripoff. I wouldn’t recommend.

I subscribed to see what it’s about and never, I repeat NEVER used it. I cancelled March 24, 2021. I am still getting billed $9.99. Unless you have $10 a month for this company to steal. RUN!!!! Do not stop here. Awful! I’ve tried repeatedly to get them to STOP billing me. No luck! I’m way seeing who else this is happening to. Perhaps a lawyer should get involved with this company.

Not Free
You download the “free” app and answer a few easy questions... then you have to pay for a subscription to use it. This isn’t something where you only have limited features unless you pay... this is totally useless.
Disappointed
I just downloaded the app and it is not what I expected. It’s not worth the costs. The exercises are decent but I downloaded it for the meal/diet and fasting aspect that was advertised to me on Facebook. The app has none of that. It gives you daily planned meals but doesn’t allow you to adjust the meal plan in anyway. For example if you have an allergy you can’t adjust for it, or if you have a dislike for geek yogurt you can’t take it out. It’s just a set plan that is in no one modified for the individual. This is not with paying a monthly subscription fee. I am very disappointed.

There is no option to change the Facebook log in. It automatically logged in To my sisters Facebook. Now I can’t delete it to log it in with my Facebook. Plus it keeps telling me to purchase a plan when I’ve already did.
Same issue as other reviews! $10 and nothing?
Paid my $10 and received nothing? No where to sign in with the app. The purchase is page closed after taking my money and now there is now where to enter my credentials or get the plan I thought I was receiving? No email either. Please advise or please refund my money. Thank you.

After contacting Better Me, they refunded my money and resolved my issues. Although not a good fit for me, they seem eager to want to have their customers happy.
After subscribing via FaceBook, no way to access the app without paying a lot more money. The meal plans are absolutely disgusting and the exercises are nothing special. I would ask for a full refund after only having it for 10 minutes but no place to do that.

Terrible - doesn’t work
This app is terrible - it only offers the option to login with Facebook - then just sits on that screen and doesn’t actually put you in to the app. If you choose to “skip” that step you are left with a useless pared down junk that you could access from a bunch of other apps for free.

Won’t cancel your membership
Avoid at all costs, this entire company is shady. They’ve charged me for 3 months after my original “free trail.” They refused to cancel my membership because they wanted proof that I used the app. Well the app is garbage so after one use I tried to cancel. I’m mind blown that they’ve charged me 3 months after I’ve canceled. I’m going to blast them on every rating possible until they resolve this.

The only free part of this app is the download
Looking for something to help me improve my eating habits and teach me how to exercise. When I saw this affordable option (says it is free) I was so excited because I don’t have much to pay towards a gym or diet foods etc. Unfortunately while it says it is free, after you answer the first few questions to get your plan you get hit with the bill. It is simply false advertisement and should be treated as such. Thanks for the help though.

I just purchased the app and the sound isn’t working. I’ve opened other apps to see if my device is malfunctioning but everything else works. I’ve used this app before and I know what to expect. Please don’t charge me until the problem is corrected and I can properly use the app. Thanks.

Where’s Better Me Yoga?
I was really dissapointed to see my better me yoga disappeared on day and turned into this. This app really isn’t that great and I really enjoyed the yoga app. The videos were really helpful and I actually would pay for the subscription every week instead of paying for An actual yoga class. This app isn’t worth it to me but the yoga certainly was. Really wish it wasn’t removed and replaced without warning especially since I paid for it already. PLEASE BRING BACK BETTERME YOGA!

I am about to give up! Please help!
I love better me yoga and paid 6 months subscription. My subscription is good till March 2020. In the past months, I had issues with the app it some times stop working but then worked again. Loved the app when it worked! But half of the time it does not work! Now I cannot even find yoga in the weighloss app. I tried to turn off phone, turn back on, after many tries I am exhausted. If I cannot get it working I will be getting a different app. Please help!

Not What I Purchased
NOT WHAT I PURCHASED !! Literally so surprised. I Opened my phon to try to do a nice relaxing yoga session but I ended up spending like 3 hours searching my phone and the App Store trying to figure out where my YOGA app was, THAT I PAID A SUBSCRIPTION FOR, but turns out I had already opened the app about 10 times and did not even notice or even recognize it because it is NOT THE SAME APP AND NOT WHAT I PURCHASED A SUBSCRIPTION FOR !!!
I appreciate the effort in changing the work outs and offering different work out styles but I purchased this as described as a YOGA app with YOGA GOALS. I would like a refund because this is not what I paid for and is now A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT APP WITH DIFFERENT WORKOUT GOALS!!! This needs to either be a different section of the app or a whole new app because these workouts seem great but NO YOGA TO BE FOUND.

Installed for yoga not weightloss
I really enjoyed following the yoga on here but now those are no where to found and now I am stuck with this for programs i am not interested in. Please put back the yoga programs or refund me my money because i no linger want to use your app.
Bait & switch
I got the Better Me Yoga app, enjoyed using it and paid for a subscription. Now all of a sudden that app no longer exists and I instead have a premium subscription to a weight loss program.
If you’re going to discontinue a service, allow people to get a refund for the MONTHS of that service they paid for in advance. I no longer trust this developer for any apps.

Wanted to see the it was and accidentally got purchased it so I deleted it but keep on getting payments charged to my card and I would like full on refund or for the app to stop charging me this is an awful app don’t get it didn’t mean to purchase it so now I have to get payments charge to my card don’t even use the app the app is deleted from my phone but I don’t know why I’m still getting charge for it?

Don’t download this app
No way you can cancel your subscription. I uninstalled it before the trial end and they still charged my bank twice!! You go to their website and there’s no number you can call no way to log in back into the account just ridiculous
