Needs work

Good start for an app, but you should really be able to edit your plan instead of just delete it, or be able to have multiple plans at once. Nice concept though.

Best Weight Loss App For Me

This app makes it easy for me to lose weight. I decided on a reasonable weekly weight loss of 2.2 lbs. Each day I weigh myself. If I’m over my goal weight for that day, I diet. If I’m under my goal weight for that day, I indulge. On my diet days I eat the same meals: BREAKFAST - Frozen vegetables and bean medley 1 lb; LUNCH - 2 cups oatmeal with banana or apple; DINNER - sweet potato. One diet day is usually all I need to get back on track. This method of dieting works good for me because I don’t need to give up my favorite foods for more than one or two days at a time. I’ve been waiting years for someone to design this app. It’s simple and works.
