It was working but I moved and now it won’t reconnect.
Can’t get past initial setup!
I can’t even setup! Nothing works right this is super annoying! I just want a cheap small door cam for my office. Thought this was it. I can’t even get anything online and going. It won’t find the camera, then when it does, it can’t find the WiFi, then when it does, it won’t connect. That’s not including how many times I have to keep pulling the batteries and restarting the whole process

Not a good App
i dont understand stand this it keeps kicking me out of the app and i dont think you fixed ur crash glitch so yea...
Can’t purchase cloud memory!! Unless you can read Chinese!!! Only takes Chinese $$

Device won’t connect because the app can’t find any networks.

The app in general works ok but it does not same the device once it is add every time you open the app you have to re add the camera

Overall a good product. Please note the following though:
Thé length of ringing is not long enough to alert us when someone is at the door. Also, after the device has been running for two days, it gives a connection failure alert then rings normally. When this happens, we find we have to reset the device.

Add feature pls
Change alert type from one ping to continuous ringing or multiple at least to better draw our attention, like FaceTime or Messenger. Otherwise, good app.

Seems promising
Only arrived today but so far seems great. Only issue I have is the link to set up cloud storage keeps showing error. Can anyone assist with this?
Literally so bad
The worst money I ever spent was on this WeiCamera. The app is super slow and glitchy, I cant even subscribe to the “cloud” which allows access to notifications, stored cloud videos, etc., then the WORST part about this dumb camera is it “falls asleep” and the only way to wake it up is to press the doorbell?? what type of stupidity is that? I cant even look at the camera is someone is knocking on my door to see who it is bc my camera is sleeping… Save yourself the trouble and get a ring or something

Waste of time and money app is trash
This app is the worst app ever! Nothing on it works correctly the camera picture low quality! It’s a complete waste of time and money seeing as the cameras will only work on this app! The only good thing was the battery life! Don’t buy this junk!
Worst Chinese ip camera software
Literally all these apps mirror each other’s design blatantly but this software development team just did a terrible job at what could have been a copy and paste job for them
App needs work
Camera works and is small but the app is glitchy and leaves room for improvement. It would be helpful is the app let you flag or favorite videos, delete unwanted videos, differentiate which videos you have already watched and which are new, and used a 12 Hr time format. Also if you could remotely turn the battery off and on it would make for a much better product.

Cloud connectivity
The language in the app for the Cloud is Chinese and i cannot change to English to continue with the set up. The device won’t connect to iCloud either. The doorbell video will not work after 1 recording because it is not linked to developer’s cloud. Expensive doorbell.
