This update brings together everything released since the version you have: outing comments, photo cropping, and a long list of fixes from your reports. NEW: COMMENTS - Every outing now has its own comment thread. The latest ones show on the outing page; the full thread opens with one tap. - You can reply to a comment and delete your own. The organiser can also remove a comment from their outing. NEW: CROPPING YOUR PHOTOS - You finally choose your own framing: drag and pinch the image under the frame. Before, the photo was cropped to its centre without asking you. - The frame takes the shape of what you will actually see: round for a profile photo, banner for a group logo, an outing or a challenge. - A photo posted to a gallery is no longer cropped at all: it is uploaded whole and stays whole in full screen. OUTINGS AND ROUTES - Attaching a GPX file works again, wherever you pick it from: Downloads, Drive or your storage. A file that isn't a track now tells you so clearly, instead of doing nothing. - The route opens full screen with one tap, and you can pan and zoom it freely. - Directions to the meeting point are back, including on outings that carry a route. - A route link names its service: "Open in Strava", "Open in Komoot". - Distance and elevation now show even when the route cannot be drawn. - The maximum number of participants can be edited again. - "Outings" replaces "Events" throughout the app. SHARING AND LINKS - Shared links open the app again. From an in-app browser, Instagram or anywhere else, a message now explains how to carry on instead of leaving you on a button that does nothing. NOTIFICATIONS - The badge on the app icon updates as notifications arrive, without waiting for you to open the app, and reading them on one device updates the badge on your others. - The list no longer collapses on its own while you are scrolling it. - A join or contact request you have already answered stops asking again, and accepting one from the list works again. CONVERSATIONS - A conversation whose contact deleted their account keeps a readable title instead of an empty line, both in the list and at the top of the thread, and VoiceOver announces it again. SIGNING IN - You are no longer signed out after a network drop at the wrong moment. PHOTOS - Outing photos now load in parallel instead of one after another, and are kept between sessions. PRIVACY - Private group outings, their description and their attendance are no longer visible to people outside the group. OTHER - Two accounts can no longer end up with the same username at sign-up. - An upload refused for being too large now states the real limit, depending on whether it is a photo, a voice message or a route. - Short lists no longer show a loading spinner that never stops.
