When you sign up for WELA, your business will appear on our interactive map and you’ll receive notifications when users joins your waitlist. Included features allow you to also manually add walk-ins and *log basic customer contact information in the case of a health and safety concern. With a tap of a button, notify them instantly via text or through the app at no added cost. What about no-shows? No problem. Simple notify the next person on the waitlist. Remember, Wela is a waitlist – not a reservation. Customers are notified of a 15min window or risk losing their spot!
