App stuck on exam screen
I download the app and was disappointed to find that it got stuck on the exam screen. I can’t save the exam or see settings or past exams. It makes this app completely useless This was a significant investment of money, Welch Allyn needs to correct this asap. Please, developer, if you see this, respond with some sort of contact info so we can address this issue ASAP.

Fiddly but worth it
An excellent way of capturing an image of the eardrums. I also run Zoom with screen share on my iPhone and PC so the patient sees the eardrums “live” on the PC.
I find it important to use Welch Allyn clear ear specula rather than black ones to see the eardrum better.

Crashing
Love the app when it works. Trying to record but when I do….. the entire screen is black. The only way to get it restarted is remove the app and then install. I use it daily and wishing there is another way to stop it from malfunctioning.

App does not run on Iphone 4
I bought the i Examiner (REF 11840) for Iphone 4. However, the app does not run on IOS 9.3.6 that is the newest version allowed in Iphone 4. So, how can I use this device? Welch Allyn should provide older version that runs on Iphone 4.

Longer recording time in ability to store five pictures is a great improvement

La Possibilità di Inserimento della password dovrebbe essere scelta dall’utente. Quindi sarebbe utile poter disattivare la richiesta della password. Inoltre nel caso dimentico la password perderei tutte le immagini salvate! Cambiate questo per favore!
