This update brings in two new features. Alongside these we have added some printer support improvements. You can now add an additional customisable Health & Safety notice at the start of the sign in flow. This is to help you communicate any changes to your visitor management process. We have also added the option to request visitors’ phone numbers as part of the sign in flow. This can be made either an optional or required field. To aid printer setup and support for our customers we have added customer-side support codes. These include codes to allow us to help our customers in the event they have a problem with their printer. We can easily diagnose whether a printer has the wrong paper type set, has a paper jam, has gone offline or several other standard printer issues.
