App log problems
What’s up with app log in? I’m not able access my account via the app, but I’m able to log on the website, which doesn’t have all information that the app does. Please fix this!!

I’ve recently opened an account with Welcome and received good help from the staff. My disappointment, however, comes from the app: -There are no card management options, no way to block/unblock cards when needed, or even set text or email alerts based on dollar amount, type of merchant, and transaction type These are crucial features needed with the increasing cybercrime -When transferring money internally, the app doesn’t have any memo where we can type why the transfer was carried out. This is another major feature needed to keep track of activities

Only the memo is left. But thank you for the work done so far

Extremely reliable when pen and paper isn’t around!!
Poor Performance
Notice not all reviews are available? Should be a tip off that this app is not worth your time. Constantly shuts shuts down after password is entered - have had this happen so many times I have quit using app. Have called for support so many times that Wecome FCU is tired of hearing from me. All I want is an app that STAYS OPEN so accounts can be accessed.

Poorly developed with glitches
Developers are not providing an update software application. I constantly have to change my password for what reason I don’t know. I’m literally placing my correct password and they are telling me it’s incorrect. As soon as I make a transfer or deposit it kicks me out. Forcing me to log out. This app is a headache, and based on developing of the app, poorly updated.
