I’ve been playing this game for a while now and I love it but for some reason whenever I try to go into the app, we going to town loading screen will load and will not let me play. I don’t know what to do?? Could you please try to help me?!😭

Really cute game but my ads don’t work. I can’t watch any ads to get any of the bonus things. Kind of frustrating.
