Migration problems
Love the game. It won’t let me migrate my old game so I had to start a new one. It will not accept my phone number. Wish I knew who to call. Hate to loose my game of past. But still love the game.

I have been playing welder for about 6 years plus and have made many friends as well as enjoying the challenge of creating words. Best game ever….but now I’ve lost the app on my iPad and can’t use it on my iPhone and I’m most upset

Help
I have made several attempts to contact support and no one responds. I have lost all of my gigawatts and I know they can restore them. Why aren't they responding?

Too many commercial interruptions. The old version was far better with no interruptions.

I really do like the game but there are never any new aspects to it.
Could put a little symbol on the game board to remind you there are mines.
Could use something to make it more fun maybe a tile bomb when you get more than 5 words in a cascade.

Very unfair
I played this for years and my level was at 20 plus. When suddenly it would not save my level, but wiped it. Now every time I play ads pop up stopping my game until I watch the ads finish. What a rip off

Great game but no update or bug fixes
This is a great game but the new owners of the game appear do not seem to support it and respond to the defects. They do not seem to maintain the word requests as well. At the same time they seem to be asking for 50 dollars for a yearly plan. I hope it will fall into the better hands.
What happened?
Play this game for many years. I thought I bought a one time subscription. But when I switched iPhones all of a sudden I was finding ads and a $4.99 per month prescription subscription. I do not mind buying games, but I will not pay for games month after month after month. If I had joined this subscription at the beginning, I probably would’ve paid $200 by now. Not worth it. Offer an ad free game at a single price and I’m in.

Too many metal tiles
I don't mind a challenge, but the number of "metal" tiles appearing on the grid has increased to the point of spoiling the game, no tactics, just constantly work to get rid of these.

Too many glitches
I like the game but the scoring is absurd and changes throughout. Also tiles will jump for no reason, which is frustrating
The board does get more difficult which would be challenging if it wasn’t mostly having no vowels or seven ‘U’s.
It is obvious they want to sell stuff, but why would anyone care when the challenges are poorly thought out
I would rate much higher if the glitches were gone. Most word games don’t challenge vocabulary which this does by offering definitions.
I can’t care about a game that often jumps tiles when you reopen a game.

Was one of my favorite games. I paid the monthly subscription fee for ad free play. Today when I started playing there were ads every few minutes.
Lost Contact with the Cloud
New iPhone acquired yesterday. Yes, the new phone is signed in on iCloud. W.E.L.D.E.R. doesn’t seem to be able to find it. I played the game on my old phone yesterday morning, before heading to the Apple Store for the new iPhone. I’m sure I’m missing a setting somewhere, but I’ve looked everywhere I can think to look. Help?

i’d pay $5 ONCE to unlock all the content, heck i’d even pay a few bucks to remove ads.
