Having to start taking medication unexpectedly can feel overwhelming, but the team at Weldricks made the whole experience so much easier. They were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding from the very beginning. They recommended the app, which has been really helpful, and they were always happy to answer my questions and offer reassurance whenever I needed it.

Professional, helpful and friendly
The staff an Haxey are second to none. Their interactions with customers/patients is always the perfect blend of approachable/friendly and professional. They are efficient, knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble for them. I recently had a bp check with them, which led to me wearing a monitor for 24hrs and subsequent referral to the doctor. For this I’m also very grateful to the staff at Haxey. They actually cared and I felt valued.

Fails to notify the client when a request is blocked, and can’t explain either why it happens or what the client should do about it.

Ordering through the app is quick and easy and cusworth Weldricks are very fast and efficient at processing your prescription and find it straight away when you go to collect it unlike the other Weldricks in Scawthorpe who are very disorganised and it takes a week for prescription to be processed and there is always problems finding it when you go to collect. Weldricks Scawthorpe need to attend Weldricks cusworth to be taught their processes.
