Great App!
We are using this app to capture participant info for our travel team tryouts. Every feature we need is covered in this app! Set it up in less than an hour. And love the flexibility on creating waiver docs and the reporting tools.
Decent app but monthly rate plan is extreme
You can add your logo or other branding, which I like. You can even use a slideshow on the sign-in form. I also like that you can load a personalized form to be signed by visitors that check in. For me, It's a bonus that you can also take visitor's photo to put a face to their name. With all of that said and a few other things that I didn't mention ( that I liked ) I still wouldn't pay $99 a month for this app. If I were desperate, I'd pay $15/month maximum but for me, I personally don't find $99 worth of value in this app. It's Convenient but not mandatory.

Jamba Juice loves Welkio!
I work at the corporate headquarters of Jamba Juice and we've been using the Welkio app for about 6 months now.
The Welkio Visitor Sign-In app modernizes the visitor sign in sheet with a modern, stylistic interface.
It allows for many places to customize it for your business, as well as being packed with many great features, (too many to list here) all in a simple clean and easy to use interface.
I can say that I have never seen people actually enjoy signing in as a guest at a company until we implemented the Welkio at our front desk.
The support from their support staff is also excellent, I cannot recommend this app highly enough for any company wanting to make a great first impression with their guests.

Highly recommended
I work at a high-security tech company, so keeping track of who comes and goes is one of the most important part of the front desk. Welkio makes us look like pros and saves me the hassle of getting everyone to sign NDA paperwork. Plus, it automatically stores all my documents in a secured area, and notifies my people with Slack or SMS. We actually asked for a few little features and they added them right away. I didn't even expect a response! I definitely recommend this app to businesses with guest traffic to help stay organized and look professional.

Amazingly Simple!
We were up and running in less than 10 minutes - that should be one of the hallmarks of a great app!
An easy and elegant solution to a very real function at all companies / Reception Desks - this app frees up our Receptionist to concentrate on all their other front desk duties.
And our visitors frequently compliment its simplicity, not to mention that they geek out on the optional pic taking function!
We cannot wait to watch new features in the future.

I was told about this app from another office manager in the tech world and it really beats the old system we were using. Not only is it remarkably more affordable, but the design is sleek, app is so easy to use, and I love that it’s custom built to serve our company’s needs. I would highly recommend this to any company big or small that really wants to enhance a person's first impression of a company. It also comes in handy if your receptionist or FD person is always up and running. Great for tech companies, doctors offices, and really any business that needs a digital face coupled with a warm person at the FD. PROPS TO WELKIO!!!!
