About
"Just showing up to work is enough." We mean it.
Well Done Note is a notebook for logging what you did today, in one tap.
Every time you log something, you (a little turtle) walk the old Tokaido road with your straw-hatted mentor, from Edo's Nihonbashi toward Kyoto.
■ Just tap what you did
Got up, went to work, came home, cooked, took a bath, read a book…
Pick from common activities or make your own. Each tap stamps a seal, and your mentor says a word.
"It's okay. You're doing fine."
■ Watch it add up
・Every log is 1 km. At each of the 53 post towns you collect one of Hiroshige's ukiyo-e prints (public domain)
・Cross Hakone Pass, the Oi River and other hard stretches to earn traveler titles
・Counts and levels for each activity, a calendar, and monthly charts to compare with your past self
■ Stop by the shops
Spend the "mon" you earn on travel gear like straw sandals and a sedge hat, or on local specialties. Buy a specialty and take a break with your mentor at a teahouse.
■ Focus timer
Sit side by side with your mentor in an inn room: 25 minutes of focus, 5 minutes of rest — or any length you like. Finish and get a "Focus" stamp.
■ Designed not to blame you
・No streaks. Numbers only add up — they never drop or reset
・No "you haven't logged today" notifications
・Take a break as long as you need. Nothing is said. Pick up where you left off
■ Also
・Japanese, Korean and English
・Back up your records with Google or Apple (works without signing in)
・Sound and vibration on/off
Even on a hard day, you showed up. That's the impressive part.
Try tapping one thing you did today.
