Great app, needs improvement for freezing and glitches.
Really like the app concept and what it has to offer but the glitches are so annoying. I constantly have to restart the app just to get through the videos.

Why is Koleston Perfect the only brand found in the the shade finder part of this app. There are other brands such as color touch that should be in shade finder as well.

Needs to fix there app
They have not totally fixed the bugs with the app signing in. I have tried the live chat for support with no positive fixes. They say to leave an email and don’t get back to you. Total bummer!

I love the amount of education. I'm a newer stylist, so I'm hungry to learn more constantly. It's amazing inspiration; I've tried a few looks already. The unusual consultation is wonderful and really takes you back to the basics. Simple foundation changes that will reap benefits for both you, your client, and salon. This app is a game changer and I'm recommending all my fellow Wella stylists to download. Truly makes you re-realize why Wella is the best.

My dream is become a hairstylist. I graduated hair school 3 yrs ago. I really love to do hair and want to learn more about color. But seem like so hard because I can not find out anyone to help training me after school. I have been working in the hair salon 2 yrs like a hair assistance. But my job just like cleaning and booking apt and they paid me not even 5$/1 hr. I also just came here almost 4 yrs. my English is not really good I think. So right now, I just doing a nail technician job. But my dream about hair is never give up. I feel so lucky when I know this app. Thank you so much again for continue teaching hair online.
