Good but had an issue
The app is good and makes the application process of submitting documents pretty convenient, however I ran into a problem where my loan just disappeared. I might have somehow accidentally pressed start a new loan or something and could no longer switch over to my original one. They got IT on it and worked it all out, but it took about a week and I couldn’t do anything in the meantime. So just be careful when you got the app open so you don’t accidentally bump your finger on something that will take a week to undo.

Can’t get back to my loan
I was in the underwriting phase of my home loan. I open my app because my wife told me I needed to sign something and the app thinks it I am starting a new loan! I can’t get back to my loan! What gives?! I’ll have to go to the bank and finish these things in person I suppose. It was convenient at first, but now it has become completely useless!
