Sorry — four emails without an answer isn't how this should have gone, and we'll look into what happened on our side. The cancellation isn't inside the app, which is why you couldn't find it: it sits in your Apple account. On your iPhone open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Wellmy → Cancel. That stops any further charges straight away, without needing your bank. If you hit any trouble with that, write to support@airshow.dev and we'll help you get it sorted — this time you'll get an answer. Best regards, The Wellmy Team

I am in a fight with customer support on getting it cancelled and maybe a refund. Save yourself alot of frustration and DON’t DOWNLOAD.

Cancelling in Settings stops future charges, but it doesn't reverse one that's already gone through — if the trial had ended before the cancellation registered, that payment was taken first. Worth checking under Settings → your name → Subscriptions that Wellmy now shows as cancelled, so nothing renews again. The £7.99 itself is Apple's to refund: reportaproblem.apple.com. If that leads nowhere, or you have trouble with any of it, write to support@airshow.dev — we can't touch the payment, but we can add free access so it isn't money for nothing.
