Bp readings not even close to being accurate. I have to check my bp 4 times a day and this is not the way to do it. Hopefully nobody dies thinking their bp is good. This thing is way off. Don’t waste your money

I started the free trial but ended before it should’ve started me on a subscription but it tried to take the money out of my bank I reached out a few times through email to get the subscription cancelled as I don’t have an account anymore active and I have not heard anything back

I put this on my phone for a 3 day free trial and tried it once. Didn’t like it so tried to cancel it but can’t find it anywhere to cancel. I have emailed them 4 times to cancel but no reply. I have actually contacted my bank to block the payment which they just tried to take. So hopefully they might actually reply to the emails

Keeps charging me and cannot end my subscription!
DO NOT DOWNLOAD
After downloading I seen it was a paid subscription and promptly deleted thru my phone in the subscription tab in settings. Even doing that they still charged me $7.99!!!
I am in a fight with customer support on getting it cancelled and maybe a refund. Save yourself alot of frustration and DON’t DOWNLOAD.

Not a good experience
Opted for the free version but kept being billed for the weekly subscription, the anti fraud team at my bank declined to pay, cancelled my card and no sooner the new card was in my wallet you were attempting to bill me again. No response from your customer support team. Shame, terrible experience over shadows any good the app brings to the table.

Scam! Do not use!
The website first promised a free tool then my card got charged all of a sudden. The app doesn’t look like anything it advertises.

Highly innacurate
I’ve been using the app for a month and it’s highly innacurate, often 20-30 points off. I understood it might be slightly innacurate but that I could at least see trends. This is not the case. AI chat was unhelpful and offered no suggestions on how to improve accuracy.

Inaccurate BP
Awful! I always used the WellMy app. Paid the prescription. Yesterday it gave me a BP reading of high 161/89. I panicked. Done it again 140/81. Consistently high readings. I ending up taking a full blown panic attack. Went to my mums. Used her BP cuff. First reading was a bit higher cuz I was mid panic attack but since then my BP has been normal/perfect! The BP cuff has not given me a single high reading. My friend and her partner both downloaded the app. They came back as high blood pressure which was inaccurate.

Mittelmäßige App mit ungenauen Messdaten und fehlenden Funktionalitäten
Zuerst war so, dass ich meine Apple Watch, die drei Jahre alt ist, nicht mit der App verbinden konnte. Das Modell wird nicht mehr unterstützt. Berichte ziehen ist umständlich und der integrierte KI Agent ist eigentlich ganz schön dumm. Der antwortet standardisiert immer wieder das gleiche auf meine Fragen. Echte Hilfe wie beispielsweise einen Bericht vollständig herunter zuziehen, beantwortet er nicht oder falsch. Die Empfehlungen sind immer wieder das gleiche. Es ist okay aber ehrlich gesagt kann man mit einer Apple Watch und über Apple Health genau die gleichen Daten ziehen. Alles in allem: mal ganz interessant, aber nicht wirklich ein großer Mehrwert.
