User reviews

Love this.

Wish it could detect Afib

Shady and useless

Deceptively locks you in a WEEKLY subscription, not the typical monthly, totaling in ~$28/month for a less than rigorous app. Not enough Corporate Memphis art in the world that makes this a better investment than just counting your own pulse.

Subscription

Do not download this app. I canceled my subscription and days later they tried to charge me. It is inactive in my subscriptions but yet still took money and they do not offer refunds. I will be filing a claim with my bank.

Shady Business Practices

The app itself is pretty solid. The issue is - there’s no reasonable way to cancel a subscription.

I’ve attempted to cancel a subscription from the App Store only to get charged three days after I’ve cancelled. Then, go to the app - there’s no way to cancel a subscription on there.

In fact, when you go to the customer support section, there’s a whole page called Cancel Subscription. But rather than allowing you to cancel your subscription, it forces you to fill out a customer support ticket.

Thus, considering that cancelling from the App Store isn’t respected and that the app itself provides no way to cancel a sub (not to mention a $7/WEEK subscription) - I can only conclude that this app is essentially malware. I will be reporting these charges as fraudulent to my bank tomorrow.

InPulse Review

The InPulse used to provide all the functions, now just heart rate and you have to pay for premium now to get the same. Think that is bs so basically will not be supporting this app any longer.
