Battery & Safe Zone Alerts: Monitor device battery status and receive real-time alerts for low battery and safe zone entry/exit, with a detailed event history. Role-Based Access & Member Management: Three defined roles (Caregiver, Family Member, Care Receiver) with role-based permissions and controlled data access. Smart Notifications & Alerts: Configurable push, email, and in-app alerts for critical events such as falls, missed check-ins, safe zone breaches, and medication reminders. Profile & Subscription Management: Centralized dashboard for profile updates, subscription management, security settings, and account controls. SOS / Emergency Assistance: One-tap SOS with instant alerts and send live location sharing.
