Not user friendly
When adding or selecting the services i want is unnecessarily difficult. It’s not very intuitive where to go or how to get services loaded, and I found myself searching around the app trying to figure it out. This part of the user experience could definitely be more straightforward and user-friendly. The front desk insists that you use the app, but they didn’t even know how to navigate it.
