Voice notes are here. Record a voice note for your coach right inside the app instead of typing it out. Tap the mic, say what you need to say, and hear it back before you send. Voice messages arrive in a proper player: scrub through the waveform, speed it up to 1.5x or 2x, skip back 15 seconds when you miss something, and pick up where you left off if you close the app partway through. Coaching clients can now receive their weekly check-in as a recording from their coach. Listen on a walk or in the car like a podcast, with the written summary still there to read. Also in this release: coaches can now send photos and files in the message thread.
