The ad for this app states it tests blood sugar, unfortunately it only tracks blood sugar. How do I cancel this fraud!

I downloaded the app. And right off the bat you cannot use it for free. You get some free days if you sign up with your credit card. So it’s not for me. If you wanna say it’s free, it needs to be free without giving your credit card.
