Good but could be better.

The app is easy to use and is reliable. My main issue with being a driver for a private company that uses the app is you can only view completed trips for the day. Would be very helpful if they would add weekly/monthly completed trips. I like to take screenshots of completed trips for the day just in case you are asked about something about your hour’s or anything else. Anytime I forget to take screenshots for the day I can’t go back and take them the next day. Would be very helpful if this addition was added.

The current updates has caused glitches. Sometimes can’t scroll through the list, hit on my way to arrive & it shows I never hit it. Lots of minor glitches are causing issues

Good enough app when it actually works

This app is abysmal. It freezes up, crashes, becomes unresponsive, and gives error messages constantly. The “on the way” button always sends a message to the rider that I am 3 hours away, when I am never anywhere close to that far away. It makes my phone run hot. It cannot handle simple sign in tasks without crashing.

Search

In dispatch we use to be able to search by driver, so we could see where in their schedule they are and be able to view their upcoming trips and make adjustments when needed. Now we are no longer able to do that, Please give it back

Always needing to turn phone off and on to restart app so client can sign in.
Your app breaks. Gotta us MY personal phone to get my teammates back in there apps..

No coverage in some areas.

Does not work well in rural and mountainous areas. Makes reporting erroneous because you have to drive to another area to report.

Good enough app when it actually works

This app notifying riders when I (the driver) am on the way, is extremely hit-or-miss… and letting them know how far away I am, is always a miss.
I also hate how this app forces me to turn on location to “always” for no good reason. Turning it to “only while using app” makes the app not allow me to do anything until I change it back to “always.”
Also, it makes your phone run hot. Close out the app when you’re not using it.

Why !

This app could be a lot better and don’t let me get started on the people that work at the office who are assigning the trips. Functionality of the app is not all that great as well, if I have two clients at the same place why should I have to “depart” when I pick each of them up knowing I’m not really departing. Constantly harping about productivity. Meanwhile, the time frames in comparison, with the mileage that you have to travel to pick up, these clients does not make any sense at all - does not take a rocket scientist to know that if somebody lives 30 minutes away, there’s no way you can pick them up in 15 minutes.
