Updates an messes up
Please hear my prayer. You guys send out updates an it changes things that don't need changed that will be running smooth then you guys send an update and bam all of a sudden there's all kinds of bugs tons of bugs leaving me going into the settings and trying to figure out what is going on you have no contact number to just call you have to send an email a response I pay a ton of money for this app and there's really no way to get customer service on the phone that needs to change for the price i am paying

Least reliable app ever
Crashes every 5 seconds
Had a bug problem but support team fixed right away
I had some trouble with the app, pins disappear but the support team fix the problem, thanks for the help.
App full of bugs
First it start changing the colors of my saved pins, now it’s deleting my pins every time I try to check them.
Scammers
Have had bad service from them for the last year or so. I told them I wasn’t going to renew and they still tried to run my credit card. They produced a contract with my name on it but it was forged and not my signature!!

It’s atrocious. Needs work.
I can’t reset my password and there’s no customer support apparently, whenever I go to reset my password I just get a dead link or if I do get it to work, I can click reset, but it doesn’t actually do anything additionally while using it the interface is terrible. You click on a well site & nothing happens, the app is broken.
Needs a lot of improvement for it to be OK right now It sucks in my opinion.

The best oilfield app!
I love this app. I’ve had it for over ten years and they keep making it better. When my guys have a problem we just tell them and they fix it right away. It’s the only one that does teams and custom routes.

I’ve been using this app for three years. It’s great for finding Wells and seeing the lease roads on satellite view. But the last few updates it’s getting less user-friendly trying to use the external maps like google an apple which are both car, friendly and great for hands-free. Today’s update is not even gave me an option to use Google or Apple anymore.

Must Have App
One of the few apps I keep with me on the job! Find a well, share it, and now I can navigate on lease roads to actually get there! The fact I can do this offline is incredible.
Almost perfect
The app and navigation are almost perfect. The one thing It’s missing is CarPlay functionality. As it is now, you can use it with CarPlay only if you set it to use google maps for navigation. That works well for about 80% of locations in my area(eastern Utah). Google navigation is way off on the other 20%. Please please please get your navigation working with CarPlay so it can use my vehicles large screen.
Update: still no CarPlay. As of June 2025. This is disappointing!

Amazing GPS well finder for the oilfield
This app is by far the best app in the world for finding Oilfield well sites and locations in the field. I find the GPS coordinates by API and well name without any issues whatsoever. In addition, it allows me to get exact routes all the way to the wellhead without getting lost ensuring that my team and I are always safe and never lost. If you aren’t using this for your Oilfield navigation, you are missing out.

Map Toggle
With this new update, you cannot change between “their” map and Google Maps. No matter what you have selected. Tried deleting the app and downloading it again, and it won’t even download now.

The app use to open google maps when I hit route to well. Now they use a cheaper version of a map that is harder to navigate.
Maps only show rigs in North Dakota
My map will show me well sites and swd’s all across the country but only active drilling rigs in North Dakota. Which is useless to me.
