Doesn't work

I originally added this app in the early months of 2024 and when I try to log in it ALWAYS says "Could not communicate with server". This app has NEVER worked.

Functionality Description is not accurate

While your descriptions sounds really good to pull in customers, this app does not do any of the things that you say we cannot communicate with the schedulers the apps don’t update with new times when they are adjusted they show zero times which delays us and getting to our clients on time there is no real time anything on this app nor are there any communication features here you can reach out certainly for more for more discussion about the functionality. Maybe it only pertains to my provider portal, but it does not function as described.
