“Smart Worker”, an app from Wellx provides Smart Training and Digital Engagement Services for employees and registered users in partnership with Smart Worker a specialist in blue-collar digital services and happiness. The objective is to provide digital training to employees on the go instead of regular physical activity, saving time and increasing employee earning opportunities. Employees will learn more effectively in their free time which will make more available to serve customers. Employees will collect points as they take courses and assessments and can convert points to rewards immediately via the app. Employees can also share their innovative ideas and feedback and report any incidents via voice notes from the app We do not gather any information from the mobile application, The content of the app will be shown according to the registered users in the web application, our administrator will generate accounts for employees from the backend.
