Dumbwatch???

I haven’t been able to get the app to connect to the server, for weeks, therefore, I haven’t been able to send an e-mail, for assistance. I cannot change the watchface, cannot get weather info, what good is a “smartwatch” that won’t sync or connect. GARBAGE!

Syncing data needs troubleshooting

I enjoy this app because it tracks everything; steps, standing, runs, swims, cycle, sleep. However, the app fails to sync data for days to weeks on end which interferes with, well, tracking data. Even if I sign out, pull down screen to sync or close the app, it continues to fail to update so I can’t see any data. Very annoying

Why can't use neo band bought from mainland China?

My band weloop Neo was bought from mainland China while in US App Store I can only download this version of software which DO NOT support my band. Why? Can you just released the version from CN App
Store or let this version support band from China?

We have a Chinese version of the device, supporting the use of the Chinese version of the App. If you use an international version of the device, you can only use the international version of the App. And could you mind using the Chinese App? Good App but no Apple Health app support!

Wished info recorded by this app synced to Apple Health app. Is there any plan to do so. Will change my rating if you support syncing to Apple Health app!

Problems again.

After last update I can’t sign in in app with my Facebook account and now watch is useless.

A lot people ask developer add Russian symbols , but developer ignoring it.
Dear developer, we don’t need translate watch menu on Russian , just add Russian symbols and we can read our notification.

why cant i use the english version of the app if i buy now2 from official weloop taobao???

can we buy internation version from amazon china, or must it be amazon from other country
