I have been subscribing for many years. Now the app has stopped working completely and there’s no way of getting it back or contacting the developers.
PROBLEMS
I subscribed for a free trial & was willing to pay £7.99 a month but I'm not getting the daily post just get a quick flicker and goes back to subscriptions. Now I'm not going to pay a penny
Rubbish !
After down loading the latest update, when I zoom in, the print won't re-focus. Have re-loaded update, still the same, have given up using it !!!
Erratic
When it actually downloads the new editions it's fine, but like yesterday 14th of August, no edition available. This is not the first time. Some days it is ready for download early morning, then other days it could be very late evening, if at all. Pointless buying the app unless all editions are available at a sensible hour. Come on, sort it!!!

I must be the unlucky one 'cos I can't download today's copy. I've followed all the suggestions but still can't get any success. I have also emailed the Developer but no joy . . . ..yet
