This is one of those apps I downloaded on a whim and ended up sitting with for a solid hour. You can use it to pin media and things to a map and it's best if you get your friends on it too. I really like the idea. They also have "top ten" type of lists for best spots to do ____ around the world, inside the app.

Game changer!
Before wemap i used to forward by email a long list of my favorite places to my friends. It's so easy to pin my places and share my recommendations with everyone. Traveling will never be the same.

Great way to explore your fav pics and places by tagging them on the map. Very custom design gives u better quality than google map..
Personalized maps for everybody!
We used this to plan out a road trip with friends to coordinate the travel of a few cars.. It was a ton of fun and incredibly useful!

My favorite travel app
I have been playing with several travel apps lately. Wemap is the perfect match for me as I can browse and reorganise all my content from the web when I'm back home.
A must-have!
I was amazed when I stumbled upon Wemap, an app I had never heard about but that is now my go-to app to leave and share tips about places to see, bars to try out.
I like the app also for my trips around the US, it's a great way to remember where I've been, the things we saw, the best pictures we took, where it happened. And it's cool to think that my friends will be able to get my tip if they go in my footsteps.
I would like more of my friends to be there though, it would be more fun.

Super cool app!
Wemap is awesome. It's sweet to see where things are going down. I can find my friends' favorite restaurants, pictures from their trips and more really easily. And with Wemap, I actually see where it happened. Plus, it's getting better all the time.
