Intrigued but quickly disappointed
I was intrigued by the concept of the app when I saw it on TikTok, but the app is not user friendly/ doesn’t have a trustworthy interface/ lacks basic usability functions. And on top of that- you need to pay for little tokens in the app if you wanna participate in anything? The concept of something to meet people and do things sounded very cool- but the emphasis on profit without providing any deliverables is the reason I deleted the app. But for me it was mostly the interface being unwelcoming/ and I felt sus giving even my email because it didn’t feel like a very trustworthy source.

Hi! Thanks for taking the time to write this! Since this review, we’ve completely rebuilt the app design + UX to make it way more intuitive (and a lot more “trustworthy” feeling). Member feedback is the #1 thing we use to improve Wemigo, and reviews like this are a big part of why the app is much better today. On the “tokens” piece: to join plans/meetups (and get your free tokens/credits), you do need to be an active Wemigo member — so I can totally see how that could’ve been confusing if you were just exploring the app first. If you’re open to trying it again, we’d genuinely love to help you get set up and make sure it feels smooth from the first screen. 💛
