Wendus: Wedding Planner

Wendus is a local-first planning app for private wedding operations. It helps hosts and planners manage named event windows, editable schedule events, guests, households, RSVP status and RSVP requests handed to Messages, WhatsApp, or Mail, seating, venue map sketching with optional scale calibration, event-day QR check-in, check-in-only venue handoff, spreadsheet guest-list import/export, encrypted event backup and restore, purpose-limited vendor exports, and post-event privacy closeout from an iPhone or iPad. The event database is stored locally on the device by default. Venue mode QR check-in works without internet access, and Venue Handoff can use local peer-to-peer connectivity for encrypted nearby transfer. Venue map imports, scale calibration, and sketch marks stay local and are not included in Venue Handoff packets or vendor CSV exports. QR passes use opaque tokens, and vendor export previews show included fields, excluded fields, purpose, and sensitive-field warnings before a local CSV record is created. Free opens a complete, read-only sample wedding with realistic guests, RSVPs, tables, rules, schedule events, QR passes, and outputs generated by Wendus’s real planning engines. Premium is a $19 one-time, non-renewing purchase that unlocks every editable planning and event-day feature for life. Premium supports unlimited guests and events in the local workspace, including event windows spanning up to 8 weeks. The 8-week window is a scheduling range, not an eight-event limit or a temporary entitlement.
