Die App ist nicht mehr auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Liste der Ansprechpartner immer noch veraltet. Meldungen die in der App abgegeben werden landen im Nirwana. Absolut kein Mehrwert. Wer hier mit einer Bereicherung in punkto Service rechnet wird eines besseren belehrt. Zu bemängeln auch das lieblose Design und die Bedienerobeflächen. Erinnert alles an die Anfangszeiten von HTML.
