Can’t even turn card off or on

I feel a bit bad for my mom who’s just got an account open with weokie because she uses card controls a lot. This app was utterly useless 2 years ago and still is. 15 overdraft fee is worth it I guess for not being able to turn your card off to block unwanted charges. Oh well don’t bother downloading the app you cannot log in at all.

Incorporate controls into the main banking app. There is no need for a separate app.

i love this app but for after the recent update it no longer works.

Disappointed

Not sure what happened with this app but it is not working. Tried to see if there was any sort of feedback on how to correct the issue on their website but there is no mention of this. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, made sure I have the most current update of my device iOS. There does not be a way to unlock the card/lock it since it can’t be accessed.
