Unhappy update!
Wepco updated their site and now I am unable to use my cell with their mobile app. My phone works fine and is perfect for what I need and use it for, but if I want to use the Wepco app I have to purchase a new and expensive phone.
Mobile App Use ?
Even now,that I'm into my middle aged years,I find it easy and so very convenient to use everyday,because all you need is your phone,who doesn't have one of them with them nowadays.My account can be accessed 24/7,and If I have any questions or concerns,I simply start a chat,and if it's also after hours ,I'll leave my question,and they the friendly staff at Wepco always messages me,when they start up the next day.Which helps me to remember,also !
Ive been banking with Wepco,for over 2 decades now,one of the best decisions,I ever made !

Anytime, anywhere, for any reason, I can pull up my Wepco app and have instant access with my face recognition feature!! I am able to escrow my money into 10 different categories all under one account number!! I can manage my money this way so easily!! It’s so easy to transfer money from the different savings to the checking account!! The thing that I love the most is that I can do a memo to keep track of what the expenses are for transfer!! I leave myself my own paper trail for an accurate record of my expenses!! Love it!! Love my Wepco Federal Credit Union bank!!

Fix This App Please
My iPhone has the latest version but yet it won’t let me use my mobile app anymore? It keeps saying I need to update to version 16.0.1?! Please fix this…this is the most useful app out there when working properly!
Terrible App
I liked the app until it had to update. My iPhone has the latest software, but the WEPCO app will not upload. Also, the app will show transactions as pending and subtract the amount from my available balance, but it isn’t what is happening in reality. Fix this terrible app.
Does me no good
My cell phone is through one of the largest nation wide carriers & is not up to the 16.0 update so this has me locked out of my account. Oughta be a way to go backwards & update when the cell provider updates their network.

Check deposit
Trying to deposit a check via this app is a pain. It needs fixed it won’t let you take a picture of the back to finish the deposit. Fix the dang thing

The app takes days to update account information. It's very frustrating.
