Since the update, the app has been terrible. I can’t get into any campaigns, even though it shows that there are several spots available.

Not good anymore
This was a good app but now it’s not! I have been having problems over and over and when o reach out to technical support they don’t even bother to see what I’m sending and the proof I’m sending the answer is the same this is ridiculous they don’t help you ever!!

Everything was going well with the app and I was very happy, but for the past month I haven't received any campaigns during the scheduled times; my notifications just go blank. I've seen that others are receiving campaigns. I'd like to know why this is happening :(
There are no campaign
Dear technical support, I am a user of your app and I wanted to report that lately the performance has dropped a lot. It doesn't work with the fluidity of before, the screen freezes when trying to join campaigns and it takes time to update the feed. I hope they can fix it soon because the platform is excellent. Bad support
I haven’t received campaigns for more than two months and I wrote to support I send emails and they don’t give me any response very bad customer service 🥹
I still don’t get a campaign
I am writing because, for over a month and a half, no campaigns have appeared in my app during the scheduled times you established. However, family members and friends who use the app have campaigns available to apply for.
Works Great at First, Then Campaigns Disappear
The app works really well at first, and I was initially very happy with it. However, after some time, campaigns simply stop appearing, and the support team does not seem to do anything to resolve the issue.
I have submitted support tickets regarding this problem, but they are often closed within 24 hours without actually resolving anything or providing a meaningful explanation. It is very frustrating, especially when you are actively trying to use the platform and participate in campaigns.
The app has potential, but the lack of reliable support and the way tickets are handled really need to be improved. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and works on providing actual solutions instead of simply closing support requests.

There’s a app glitching preventing you from applying to any campaign !!
A Small Update Could Make a Big Difference for Creators!!!
The only reason I’m giving WeSponsored four stars is because the timing of the app’s data reloads and campaign updates seems to be inconsistent. Even when I’m consistently refreshing the page, new campaigns often don’t appear until after the available spots have already been claimed by other creators.
What’s especially frustrating is that a campaign may still show “1 spot left,” but when you click on it, you’re immediately told that all the spots have been filled. It would be great if campaign availability and app updates could refresh more accurately and in real time so creators have a fair opportunity to apply.
Outside of that, WeSponsored is overall a great app and an awesome way to connect with new brands through applications. I also think it’s a really effective way for companies and brands to receive constructive criticism, honest opinions, and feedback from creators in a relatively quick and accessible way. Overall, I really enjoy the concept and what the app offers, and I’m excited to continue using it!

A few bugs
I just started using this almost two months ago. I absolutely loved it at first. You had to be quick to get stuff but you could! Now anytime I load the app and try to join or apply for things it says “ah snap campaign full” or something like that. Used to it wouldn’t pop up if I wasn’t able to apply. It’s very frustrating. Please fix this.

Sponsorships recently seem fake
I have done multiple campaigns with WeSponsored and have recently been having cards decline for many of the sponsors which resulted in my account being suspended and blocked from further campaigns. WeSponsored really needs to get it together with these seemingly false sponsorships that companies want you to click on their product for free product boost then gives you a card to buy product but many times the card declines. I re entered the card for a sponsorship and it declined again and resulted in my account being suspended and I’ve been with WeSponsored for years. Really sad to see that they are slowly declining

Can’t log in to my account.. so much error .. no reply back from them and fixing the problem .. please help ..
Good at first..
At first I got a lot of campaigns and even got a couple people to join but now we’ve all noticed it doesn’t allow us to join campaigns. It’ll say campaign open and then spots full but when you go back to campaigns it’ll still be there with spots open… I’m not the only one to notice this. Their customer service is also automated so getting any assistance can sometimes be a struggle and the last couple campaigns I did get approved closed out because the payment method they offered wasn’t working. Really loved this app at first and was raving about to friends and family. Now it’s just kinda disappointing.. wish they do a bit better or fix app bugs and have actual customer support in an appropriate amount of time especially when it comes to payment issues because you have 1 hr to complete them but customer service takes 24/48 hrs to resolve so half the time they just tell you , you’ll get the next one . Again just disappointing all around lately.

went downhill after update
the app USED to be good before they updated it. now it is constantly glitching and despite being very active on the app i am not able to claim any campaigns at all. i have been using this app for about a year and just recently within the past few weeks it went really downhill.
Not fun anymore
Was a great app but I don’t know what happened. People accounts are being banned and the campaigns are up but saying they are full.. the app is starting to get annoying. Preferred it before it got famous.
