Support screwed up my account
Support told me to delete my account under my Apple ID to clear a campaign glitch. When I deleted my account and tried to re-register, the system blocked my request as a duplicate effort. While support is still claiming that no account exists under my username I’m stuck in an endless loop of them not being able to verify me and another customer service rep telling me that I can re-login although I keep getting an error message.
All I wanna do is just be able to use the app again as I did for months with no problem. Terrible customer service.

Control By Bots
It's been a month since I haven't been able to login to my account. I have sent emails and no response. I tried resetting my password but it doesn't send me a link. I am owed money for reviews I have done but unable to login to cash out.

The campaign isn’t opening. You’ve added a product thats nowhere else to be found.The time expired because I couldn’t find The product and then no more campaigns opened it only shows one campaign and that one was never unlocked. Please hele

I haven’t received campaigns for more than two months and I wrote to support I send emails and they don’t give me any response very bad customer service 🥹"Terrible support. Every time I open a support ticket in the app, it gets closed immediately without a response, and their help email sends an unmonitored automated reply. Campaigns Show Spots but Are Actually Full
Campaigns repeatedly show available spots, but when I click “Join Now” and “Hold to Get Started,” it says the campaign is already full. This has happened with multiple campaigns. I’ve contacted support, but the issue continues. Please fix the availability/sync issue.

Always full
Lately the spots are always full, regardless of how many spots are available. I have reached out multiple times to let them know when they keep telling me that they fill up quickly. How is that possible when the same spots are there all day long yet when you click on it they say they’re full when there’s 240 open spots. Somethings not right, but they’re not listening.

Contact us a joke
They charged me for a product because their payment method didn’t cover their product and I got charged. Which in turn took from my car insurance and now wince they refuse to pay me back my insurance has cancelled.
I reached out to support over a week ago when it happened and they said we will research and nothing. Their customer service is awful
It used to work I used to be good in the beginning, but once you do so many campaigns, it doesn’t allow you to do anymore.
The contact us has received screenshots and available for any of these still or all of my request saying is not working saying that the spots run out when there’s over 300 spots available. They don’t really look at the contact us.
They ignoring you when you reach out when they say that they will actually respond they give you a generic response.
It used to be great when it worked, but now it doesn’t work and they won’t fix it. They just tell me that 300 spots fills up but when I go back in, there’s 300 spots available. They don’t care about their issues or your concerns.
I made a some cash when it worked. But it’s broken.

SUPPORT SUCKS
This was a good app but now it’s not! I have been having problems over and over and when o reach out to technical support they don’t even bother to see what I’m sending and the proof I’m sending the answer is the same this is ridiculous they don’t help you ever!! Even here the app support does not exist anymore

Nothing works not even support. Can’t seem to get anything from here. It keeps saying snap while there are so many spots available
Horrible
When I first started using this app, it was wonderful. Everything went right and then all at once it’s went down downhill from there. I have tried for four weeks to get something and stayed on the app and no matter how long I stay there, I can’t get anything. What a letdown.
It was good until not
This was a really good app way before the update. Customer Service sucks, I sed to get a lot of products monthly, now I don’t due to the app always being funky!! You open a ticket and all you get is the same copy & paste verbiage that everyone gets without a resolution.
