Contact us a joke
They charged me for a product because their payment method didn’t cover their product and I got charged. Which in turn took from my car insurance and now wince they refuse to pay me back my insurance has cancelled.
I reached out to support over a week ago when it happened and they said we will research and nothing. Their customer service is awful
It used to work I used to be good in the beginning, but once you do so many campaigns, it doesn’t allow you to do anymore.
The contact us has received screenshots and available for any of these still or all of my request saying is not working saying that the spots run out when there’s over 300 spots available. They don’t really look at the contact us.
They ignoring you when you reach out when they say that they will actually respond they give you a generic response.

I made a some cash when it worked. But it’s broken.
Another update now campaigns won’t close out after you do all the requirements and chat is no help. I still have not got my over $30 back for a product I had to pay for. They just closed the chat out.

Won’t release my money and horrible customer service
Update: it’s been over two months since I’ve reached out to their customer service department and they refuse to respond in my customer support ticket I created and have left thousands of us flagged and unresponded to in general. Download Influenster instead of this garbage app.
TL;DR HORRIBLE customer service who don’t care the moment you’re flagged in their system due to their own negligence, and refuse to release the money I’ve made prior to be cutting off.
At first I loved this app, I was getting free stuff a lot! Then I got a campaign for a product from Target that I had to go pick up. Upon my arrival Target said they couldn’t give me the product because it was being recalled, which was fine, so I notified customer service through the app and explained what happened and they acknowledged it and said they would reach out soon with further details. They never did. Then because I couldn’t complete the campaign they flagged my account so I couldn’t get any other products. I reached back out to customer service and told them about my flagged status and how they never did anything about the campaign I couldn’t finish and they basically said they would review it. It’s been a month since then. I tried to withdrawal the earned money I got from other campaigns because I figure they won’t ever get back to me and now they won’t even release that money to me.

I love this app
This is amazing great app to try new brands and products. I love that I have discovered items and name brands that o didn’t know about before and now I keep shopping at them. The only reason is not a five star review it’s because the app lately has a glitch, it would say that there are available spots for the items and when you try to get them it says is full; however when you get out of the app and go back on the same available spots are still open. But overall it’s great.

Worst customer support
I’ve been trying for over two months to get my ID verified, but I haven’t received any response or assistance. I finally deleted my account so I could start over, but now the app won’t let me create a new one because it says my email address and phone number already exist. I’m completely locked out with no way to resolve the issue. This is by far the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

I been using the wesponsored app for a while and it been amazing your get product to test for free . Something they send you a quick survey’s (honest reviews back ) and something when they ask for pictures or video they give you $ and it goes to your PayPal super easy to use totally recommend it.

Every single spot on there is full when I click it but yet will say over a hundred spots available for 36 spots available and stays there all day but no matter how many times I click cant join. App used to be great in the beginning of the year but only has gotten worse and worse

This is the app to do if you're trying to get free products. You verify your identity. Then it's simple you apply for products that you would like to try. They provide the money to purchase it. You simply add the card to your check out and purchase the product review the product and it's yours to keep. I've had absolutely no trouble at all with this app. I would give it more stars if I could.

Support screwed up my account
Support told me to delete my account under my Apple ID to clear a campaign glitch. When I deleted my account and tried to re-register, the system blocked my request as a duplicate effort. While support is still claiming that no account exists under my username I’m stuck in an endless loop of them not being able to verify me and another customer service rep telling me that I can re-login although I keep getting an error message.
All I wanna do is just be able to use the app again as I did for months with no problem. Terrible customer service.

Control By Bots
It's been a month since I haven't been able to login to my account. I have sent emails and no response. I tried resetting my password but it doesn't send me a link. I am owed money for reviews I have done but unable to login to cash out.
