My honest review….
As a fan who has been following the club for quite a while, I have also used this app for a while. It’s been great but there are the odd times where it just doesn’t want to work.
Videos
The app in its self is really good. My only issue is that I can no longer play the videos. Now it may be something to with my phone, however I have made contact and explained my issue and sent a snapshot of what my phone shows. Unfortunately, I’ve not received anything yet reply / contact which is disappointing.

Pathetic
Web browser refused to work with Apple TV mirroring from iPhone. So I decided to try the app and despite signing out of the website this hybrid app kept saying too many logins detected. Honestly pay for cheap off shore development and you get poor quality apps. Do better.
Is it just me who has this problem?
Good app all around my only complaint is when you go to predict the line up for a game you can only select certain players and now who you want

Very useful and wonderful app. It’s always up-to-date. I rarely have any issues with the streaming.
Average
Would give the app a higher rating if they made the full match replays available sooner (usually it’s takes 24hours for it to be available) and included commentary on the replays

Rubbish
Two days before the Premier League starts and there’s no latest news and the only fixture that’s synced to me iPhone calendar is a Carabao Cup game. Pathetic app!!
Looks better
New app looks a lot better than the old one. Think the fixtures and news buttons at the bottom need to be swapped around though. Other than that, massive improvement
Not the full package
I would prefer if the app could do everything on the app alone. It works ok but I don’t like having to navigate through the website before watching the games on the app. I prefer to pay individually for matches so having to go to the website every time to pay for a match could of been easier by paying via the app. The website isn’t easy to use either which adds another layer to the inconvenience.

I am a diehard west Brom fan, and now that we are in the championship, this is the only way I can watch the games. It has good commentators and footage as well
Push Notifications
I have notifications turned on but still get zero notifications. I have everything checked under Settings on my iPhone and the app. Please look into this.
Very disappointing. Everything of interest is locked down
So it’s back to the club website for me. I had hoped I would be able to access everything West Brom all in one site but nope. I’m asked to log in to something I’m not subscribed to with no option or pricing.
