I have found no support at the office in Kerrville or on the phone. I’ve had no internet for 4 days but I still have to pay the entire bill, they never give any consideration for non service. They like to blame your phone provider, yea right! One more year to go on this contract then maybe I can get some service.

Update The app does work after deleting and reinstalling. (The app shuts down as soon as I try to open. Unable to notify support. Doesn’t work.)
