Overall I think the layout and the detail is amazing and I love how you can follow all the teams like the women’s and U21’s. Up to date highlights and even old ones, but my only concern about this is the ease of finding certain videos such as the play-off final. Collections would be a good improvement- I would love to see a road to Prague and an extended final highlight reel. I suggest paid subscription for game streams seeing as we are currently in the championship but the live score is handy for when you are out in restaurants and what not. Thank you 🙏

No more free audio £5 a game! To listen !
You can NO longer listen to the matches for free. Downloaded the app for my 8 year old, he’s not paying £5 a time to listen.
Live doesn’t work since update. So can no longer listen to matches on screen lock , no sound at all while app is open.

Lately all videos show a runtime of zero minutes zero seconds and therefore don’t play.

Great app but…
I love everything about the app but I don’t like how I can’t listen to the radio stream and have the stream playing while I do other things on my phone or lock it up to put it in my pocket. I don’t know if it is just my iPhone 13 that does this but this is my only complaint.

It used to be decent…
It used to be decent, then they fiddled with it and the “Listen Live” function no longer works properly. It’s like Brady & Sullivan have finished their work on the team and have decided to try their hand meddling with App.
Please fix background audio
The only thing I was using the app for was to listen to live games. Now I can’t do that, because the audio stops if my phone locks or I try to use another app. In other words, no background audio. So now I open the club website and just play the live audio stream for the game, and keep it on by keeping the tab open in the background. Works fine. No point in having the app now (for me personally).

Absolute rubbish - Just like the men’s 1st team
Is there a correlation between the latest app update and the team - both are sadly lacking. If your phone lock screen activates it shuts the app football commentary. Also, if you move along the icons on the bottom of the screen it also shuts off the commentary. Poor show but I’m not surprised. West Ham don’t do anything of any quality.

When you actually are able to listen to a live game, it will cut out if your phone locks or launch any other app.
Background playback is NOT available. And yes, I have the latest version.
What’s more, when you go to app support, you get an “internal server error” message.

Latest update has broken radio commentary
The radio commentary feature is now completely broken. Obviously poorly designed and in sufficiently tested.

Very disappointing - poor UX - can’t listen to audio outside the app. A real step back / have to assume this was launched in beta. Update claims to have fixed this but still useless.

Listen Live no longer works
Used to be great to listen to matches that weren’t on tv. Unfortunately, following a recent update this feature doesn’t work when you click on it.

Since the latest version update I have been unable to get the match commentary to work and the app support button just gives an error code. Useless

Can no longer listen to the match with the app in the background. Not liking this “update” so far…

Updated app and now widgets not working on I watch or phone. Disappointing.
