It is fantastic to be able to pull up a dedicated application for all of my pro needs. Having to go to a website is just not as clean and lacks continuity.

Search Engine
Your Search Engine is poor and requires multiple inquiries to find items. When I place the same info in the Defender Marine Search Engine it can find the items. As a result, I often purchase from Defender or others because I can’t find it on your App.

This app is just that. Eh. It’s great for price checking but I can’t add anything to the cart nor can I buy anything. Itd be great to order things to customers from the app when I’m thinking about it, but I can’t. If that was fixed, I’d love the app.

I’d like if there was a selection to save login info. Typing an email and password takes too long just to order a part, especially if it’s only 10 minutes apart from a previous order.

The west marine website is hands down one of the worst websites we use on a consistent basis. They are the only store in our area with the products we need in stock so we don’t have a choice but to use it. The west marine pro app feels more stable and faster to use than the website. It is worse than other store apps but better than their website we were using.

This app allows you to scan products while in store so you can know your wholesale price. You can place orders for van delivery, ship to a local store or ship to your house or even for a small charge do same day delivery. Also you can add quotes or lists to organize your supply that you get all the time and order those items through your lists rather than searching item by item.
Also your signer card is on the app and reps info so contacting for assistance is easy and quick.

I finally know my price
My complaint for years was not knowing how much thinks cost before going up the the register. I can now scan the shelf and know my pricing. Super happy with this.
