Poorly done
This app only functions about 40% of the time. Automatically resets security settings without notifications. Will probably continue to function poorly until a bigger bank, interested in serving customers, buys them out, or the bank just fails.

Inconsistent function
This app rarely opens as it should. It never “remembers” my face at login and then locks up when I try to enter my credentials.
Never been able to use it
I have never managed to get onto the app from my iPad, in about 4 years of trying. Re-loaded recently in hopes of it having been improved, but it crashes repeatedly as I am trying to sign in. Needs a lot of work to be remotely functional.

I also have done electronic check deposits.
The only issue is bank policy does not accept insurance checks electronically
I use this for quick check of balance.
I still use the website for paying bills on the Mac, but it's a small pain since it demands I turn off privacy- boo!

As A Business owner I use QuickBooks online. I can’t download transactions automatically into my account AND this app does not work for small business owners.
Support for iPad Pro 11/Face ID?
Overall easy to use app, when will it be updated to support the new iPad Pros and also Face ID? Also, are we ever going to get Apple Pay? Other than that, fast and easy to use.

Why is it asking me to enter a user name and password when I have never had this app. How do I set it up???

This app does not support business banking. As a small business owner it is important that I know what is in my account when I am on the go.

Not happy at all the app crashes an does not even open 99% of the time.
Disappointed
Was told there was an option for mobile deposits. Even the website claims so and gives you instructions how to deposit through the mobile app, but that option doesn't show.
Nice App but no option for deposit
This app is great for managing my account but I wish for the option to do mobile deposit. The website states this is a feature of the app but there is no option for mobile deposit within the app. Fix this issue and I would gladly give five stars!!
