It won’t even let me sign up. Keeps saying errors on the page. The page also jumps around when selecting fields.
Good Idea, if……
This app is a great idea, but it won’t even allow me to log in to it. I have confirmed my info and it just keeps refreshing the log in page.
Good idea, poor execution
Having an 811 app is a great idea and seems very doable, but this app in particular is very aggravating to navigate, especially from an iOS platform. When you select a line to enter info the cursor just randomly skips to a different line and when you try to go back to the intended line it just jumps around again, putting the wrong data in the wrong field. It took me about 20 minutes just to create my account because of this. It ends up taking the same amount of time as a call in. The only up side to this app is that you don’t have to deal with the ridiculously complicated driving directions required when you call in.
