Have tried to scan my ID, app will not scan the back of my id
Something has changed
The first time I tried this app it was so finicky with trying to take photos of my driver’s it was unusable. This time around, it worked flawlessly. This is a huge improvement and the reason I chose to leave feedback. Whatever was done with the app solved the existing problems. Thanks for fixing this!

Does not work
Cannot get past face verification like everyone else. I tried all of the suggestions in the FAQs, and nothing seems to work.

I have tried multiple times and it just keeps saying error code, light is perfect photos are perfect it just has a bug issue
Waste of time
Great idea but no matter how many times I move my face and line up the dots it tells me to move my face and line up the dots which were all lined up and connected multiple times already
Worthless
Take the front of id good when get to the back of the id where the issue is either blurt detected detected or to close or to far then get error and its a new license I’m doing tried with WiFi and without wv do better than this way its still on the App Store beyond me

The app is clunky. It doesn’t work. It takes photos of your ID without you actually being able to focus them even if you get past the stage of capturing your ID card or drivers license it doesn’t like your beard so the facial recognition that it has for scanning your face does not work. West Virginia just needs to use the actual Apple ID stop trying to micromanage everything.

Don’t waste your time, horrible quality app
The app doesn’t work because it doesn’t allow the phone’s camera to focus when taking a picture of the back of your ID. It says get closer then blur detected. Despite trying different backgrounds and distances the app was never able to get a picture of the back of my ID.
Good Idea if it works
Doesn’t work, iPhone 15 it takes a selfie picture and the app crashes out back to Home Screen. Tried 3 times. Latest version just updated.
Totally Useless
Totally useless unless you have a strong cell signal or are on a WiFi network. WV is far from being blanketed with strong cell signals so you might as well forgo this app and carry your license.
Doesn’t work
I’ve tried to scan my ID multiple times. I get green check marks that say it looks good, then when I try to proceed I get an error page.
Unable to complete enrollment
I was unable to do my face photo capture. Perhaps that was due to being blind in one eye and aging. Deleted app!
Absolutely Abysmal
Bare minimum functionality and horrible design. Can’t say I expect much better though when governments go with the lowest bidders for this type of work. At least give us actual Apple Wallet IDs.
Government needs an internal organization to out source software development to instead of relying so heavily on private entities that take 10x longer than they should.

App was simple to set up, maybe took 5 minutes in total

Serves the purpose. Anxious to try at an airport to see if it’s accepted. As another reviewer stated, it would be nice if you could add this to Apple wallet.

So far it’s done exactly what it’s meant to do it gives you another option for you to have ID handy. The only question is when will you be able to add your WV ID to the iPhone wallet? For some reason you still can’t do this is definitely a good alternative

App doesn't work on 15 pro
I just switched over to the iphone 15 pro and the app crashes immediately when launching the application. When I had my iphone SE 2nd gen, I never ran into this glitch before. Hopefully this gets addressed soon and a patch to fix the issue.
