I’ve been banking with Westamerica Bank for many years now. I am very happy banking with them, more so than other major banks that I have used in the past. I have never had any issues with them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bank service
I find the service at WestAmerican Bank is very poor. Don't seem to have the time to serve you properly not very polite most of the time i've been bank there for over 30 years and the service has never been this bad thank you. Have a nice day.
Transfers
I wish there was a way that I could transfer money to other, non Westamerica, banks and to people.

Need to be up to date with Zelle and other apps. Your Westamerica debit card still doesn’t have tap to pay.

App on IPAD stopped working
This app used to work but now does not. I can login on Safari or on my IPhone, but larger screen is better. And, no way to contact help either through the developer or the bank. Very annoying.

Account assignment
Desperately need the ability with StarConnect to assign specific accounts to transactions for paying bills.
Great bank
I’ve been with them for many years and it’s a great bank . There’s been two issues , there’s one young lady that’s rude , not knowing the circumstances going on in somebody else’s life she was extremely rude , but I’ll definitely be sticking with Westamerica , I’ll be sticking with them .
