Wasted potential
I remember playing this game when I was younger and its quality was SO much better then. Idk if there has been a decline in maintenance now, but when I recently reinstalled this game, I found so much more errors. For one, a lot of the items and even one of the characters (Norma Jean) don’t even load in properly and are basically black squares and outlines, ruining the aesthetic immersion that I enjoyed when I was younger. And I can’t even visit Ruby’s canyon for one of the quests like I did before because “Carson is tinkering with the server”.
I wanted to give this game a chance. I really did, even if it was mainly for nostalgia’s sake. I enjoyed the character storylines and the city building simulation mechanics, so it’s disappointing to see how far this game has fallen. What makes it worse is clearly you are not interested in improving this game for the few players you do get because you keep answering all your reviews with the same “give us an email” bot template type of response. And since another reviewer here said they didn’t receive any help even when they DID reach out to you, I think it’s safe to say you clearly do not bother reading feedback anyway.

Gold rush
I really like this game and been playing it for a long time. I use it on my android device but lately Carson is always tinkering and I am thrown out, why?
Posting an update on this game. I first started playing with it several years ago and didn’t have any problems. I even got up in the game where I could accumulate pickaxes and gold. I was playing it on an android tablet, but the tablet broke so I downloaded it onto my phone and my iPad and first off I couldn’t see what was in my town. All I saw was black boxes. Then when I went to my friends, every time I get Carson is tinkering with the system so I can’t do anything. I agree with everyone else. This was a good game at one point but for some reason, it must’ve gotten sold to someone else because whoever has it now is not doing any upkeep.

Froze
I used to really love this game. I had progressed quite far and then it froze. I deleted it and reinstalled and had to start all over. I purchased some picks but now I get the message that Carson is tinkering with the servers. Please refund me my money and either maintain this game or remove it

You have to buy pickaxes to actually play and none of the items actually load in the store. I used to play this on a desktop years ago and it was so much fun. Now it's like they don't want you to actually play... which seems a little counterintuitive. So disappointed, I was really looking forward to playing this again. I think a few updates and some loosening of the pickaxes. I shouldn't have to pay to play. Just charge a flat rate for the game like you used to instead of trying to force people to rack up a bunch if little charges, it would go along way into getting new players.

Please update this game. I love it but I can’t get somethings to load. The objects just show up black with a green outline. It will also say can’t connect to server. I’m using IOS 14.4

Disappointed in this game there are hardly any western themed games out there and this one isn’t any good. When I first downloaded it it played fine. Then I exited the appt game to go do something and when I tried to re enter your the game it crashes. Why have a game if it can’t be maintained and run/be played like it’s supposed to. Very disappointed in the developers of this game.
