Very easy to use
Disappointing
The Face ID doesn’t work and the saved password function doesn’t work. There is no deposit check tab at the bottom anymore. Frustrating.

bill pay
bill pay is difficult to use. One can’t go back and look at history. Bills not in alphabetical order. App could be designed much better

Not good for business
This app is not business friendly at all. If it was not for the great customer service in your branches. I would have switched to a bank that has better online services. I have to do most of my banking online and weekends. Not have the ability to have my banking account downloaded to my accounting software cost me more money. I hoping they fix it but if not, I will have to change to a more tech friendly bank.

Frustrated
I have been trying to using this app for over a couple years. It works good for a few months then it will not let you sign in or rest your password. Spending hours on the phone then going into the bank and still no access to the app. The sad thing this happened every few months. One more try before switching banks.

100% crash rate when opening
Love Westbury. Hate the app! I haven’t been able to open this app on my phone for over a year. As soon as it opens, it crashes and closes. Talked with the bank and nobody seems to know who can help. The Help link on the App Store goes to a page on westbury’s site that isn’t maintained. I’m able to log into my account from a browser. So, I know it’s not my account. Like I said, love the bank. But this app is absolutely horrible right now.

It used to work well.
I have been with Westbury bank since before the name change. The banking app was working well for a long time but since this latest update I can no longer use it. Prior to the recent update I could actually log in but now I “cannot connect to the servers”. I have an IPhone 11. Hope this helps with feedback.

Mobil deposits
Need to start being able to deposit into savings accounts and also increase the amount of dollars that can be deposited in a day to at least $10,000
Crashes
Ever since my iPhone and iPad were updated to IOS 16.4, this app crashes every time I try to open it.
App won’t open with newest update
Love the app but it won’t open with the newest iOS update.
Favorable online platform
I’ve been. Client with WB since 2003. Since then I’ve moved and taken other banking relationships. Although this is not close it’s still very convenient! I can’t exit this relationship because it’s reliable, progressive, valued and In my opinion the best on line banking platform I can find.

Had a perfectly good app working on a perfectly good older phone=zero issues. Now must bec updated and my ph cannot. How very disappointing.
