What happened?
App works fine on my iPad but won’t stay open on the iPhone. Worried that if I try reload it I’ll lose it for good

As the WLS website says, the problem with the app failing to open can be fixed by deleting and reinstalling it

I have come to depend on the WLS app, but it continues to crash. Now I can’t even re-download. What’s up with that?

I have the same problem as the previous review. It’s very frustrating!!
No longer works
It used to be mostly functional (even with a super laggy search function) but now it crashes when I attempt to open it. I did uninstall and reinstall multiple times and my phone is fully updated. I’m glad that by chance I had screenshot my library card a few weeks ago because I can no longer rely on the app to use my digital card to check books out. Wish it could be fixed ASAP

Crashed app
For past several days the app has not been working. I tried to check out a book at the self checkout but had to go to the desk. Not a major issue since it was right there.
The app won’t open at all on my phone so I can’t access my account or the event calendar. Most inconvenient.

Cant use it
Have enjoyed access to my library through this app for years . I utilize it at least twice a week . Recently the App stopped working . I have deleted and reinstalled twice and it still does not open- therefore is worthless - please fix this problem ASAP .

No relief. Rebooted phone and still flashes and crashes. Developer needs to address this issue
Horribly slow , keep crashing
Doesn’t show past borrowing history, can’t click on a borrowed title and see detail, the detail of an item doesn’t even have the publish date or version, the pictures can’t be zoomed … let alone so slooooow to display a search result
Never great, but now stopped working completely
This app has always been clunky, but at least I was able to access my library card and (with patience) the catalog. Now it doesn’t even open, crashing immediately when I try to open it. I’ve restarted my phone and deleted and reinstalled the app and no luck. A shame!
We Visit Libraries Weekly, Works Great
We have small kids and we are always going to different libraries. This is a great way to know if the book you are looking for is carried at a certain branch. Also great because I never need to carry my library card!

The app was working great until a few days ago. I opened it at the library and navigated to my digital library card but when I went to scan my card the app just quit. Since then it won’t stay open. I am running the latest update on my iPhone and I have tried all the usual troubleshooting (restart phone, delete and reload app, etc. ) but to no avail. To make matters worse, I am unable to contact the developer. Very frustrating!!

App needs landscape mode on iPad
Why doesn’t the app support landscape mode on the iPad? I have a keyboard case and it is annoying to have to fold back the keyboard and rotate to portrait mode to use the iPad app.
It it unbelievable that the UI/UX designers for this app designed the app this way.. or allowed it to be released this way.

Search stopped working
Pretty much the whole point of the app
Doesn’t work
App not functional. Doesn’t accept library cards. You have to just go to the website

Add some features to make this great
This app serves its purpose of placing items on hold, renewing materials and searching for items. One continuously frustrating aspect is when I look at my holds or items checked out it’s impossible to tell if it’s the book, audiobook, DVD, blue ray or other version of that title. I often check out the book and audiobook simultaneously and the app only shows the titles. This is especially difficult because I wouldn’t know which item is due when without this detail. It completely defeats the purpose of the app. Pls add that feature so patrons can better track their items.
