Toggle Switches
I love the app. I think it’s great, however, one feature I think we need is a toggle switch to lock the card whenever we want or a switch to stop/allow transactions. That will come in handy for instance when we have automatic payments and we don’t have enough funds in the account. I have been overdrawn because of those stupid automatic payments. This will be a nice feature without having to call the bank and pay $50 to stop a payment. The Chime banking app has both of these features. Thank you.

The Kickin’ Bootheel Bank
I just tried to make a transfer of $700.00 for today, 6/9/22, on today 6/9/22 at 06:00 AM. Western Bank’s online app wouldn’t allow that transfer for today. I had no recourse but to set the transfer for tomorrow. This is not right, and I will be charged.

Very difficult to set up link to outside bank. Very. Will not use that strategy.

Love the app. Wish the mobile deposit limit amount was much more.
Deposits
I get my paper statements before I see my deposit. Also it holds $1 for gas pumped for a couple of days. Not showing the balance at a glance.

This app works so good. I use it all the time.

Loan payment
1 Not being able to see interest amount when payment is made on loan is ridiculous.
2 Not being able to make Extra payment to loan is ridiculous. Why should I have to call bank and force the payment to be extra? It’s a time waster for everyone.
